摘要 研究单交F2群体籽粒品质性状间的相关表明,在F2代,籽粒蛋白质含量、干湿面筋含量和S.D.S沉淀值与高亲值、低亲值和中亲值呈显著或极显著正相关籽粒蛋白质含量及干、湿面筋含量之间呈现极显著正相关,而它们与S.D.S沉淀值呈显著负相关关系。说明盲目地追求高蛋白对改善烘烤品质不利。本试验的遗传力分析结果表明,籽粒蛋白质含量和S.D.S沉淀值狭义遗传力比较高。 Studies on the correlation between grain qualitycharacteristics in one-way cross F 2 population was carried out, theresults showed that: In F 2 generation, grain quality charactersincluding grain protein content (GPC).S.D.S sedimentation value(SV). wet gluten content(WGC) and dry gluten content(DGC) were positively orhighly positively correlated with that of their high-value parent, low-value parent and medium-value parent. This indicated that if we wouldobtain more high quality plants in offspring,the quality characters ofparents should be better.The positive correlation among GPC,DGC andWGC was highly significant, but they were negatively correlated with S.D.S SV. The narrow sense heritabiliies of GPC and S.D.S SV were larger, so it is effective to select both the two characters in early generation.
