通过分析“爱立信事件”发生的原因,提出加快金融创新是应对外资银行大举进入的必要手段,指出加快金融创新的当务之急是大力发展中间业务,全面推进商业银行业务结构创新。

Through analyzing on the reasons of the ＂Ericsson Event＂, this paper points out that speeding up the financial innovation is an necessary means to deal with the great invasions of the foreign capital banks, and probes into that the first imperative of speeding up the financial innovation is developing the intermediate business to promote the business structure innovation of commercial bank.
