摘要
应用模糊正交的理论与方法,在建立加工表面粗糙度和后刀面磨损多目标隶属函数的基础上,以模糊综合评价值为目标函数,对XX-2不锈钢切削参数进行优化,获得了满意的结果。根据模糊正交分析结果,各试验因素对XX-2不锈钢切削过程影响程度依次为:进给量、副偏角、刀尖圆弧、背吃刀、切削速度;副偏角与刀尖圆弧的交互效应对综合指标影响最显著;综合评价值最好的因素组合为副偏角3°、刀尖圆弧0.3mm、切削速度70mm/r、进给量0.05mm/r和背吃刀量0.15mm(或0.20mm)。
With the method of fuzzy orthogonal, taking the value of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the target function, cut parameter of XX - 2 stainless steel is optimized, acquire the satisfied result, based on the multiple target membership function of the finished surface roughness and the tool flank wear . According to the analytical result, each experiment factor to XX - 2 stainless steel influence degree in order: amount of feed, auxiliary angle, comer radius, Back engagement of the cutting edge, cutting speed; auxiliary angle and comer radius' s interaction is the most obvious. The best factor combination: auxiliary angle 3°, comer radius 0.3mm, cutting speed 70mm/r, amount of feed 0.05mm/r, back engagement of the cutting edge 0.15mm(or 0.20mm).
