在软件人才培养过程中,必须建立一个既注重学历更注重能力的培养体制。政府加大投入,建立软件人才培训中心和培养基地;学校改革创新,成为软件人才培养的主力军;企业积极参与,发挥其在软件人才培养方面的优势。

To train software talents, we must establish a kind of training system that pays great attention not only to their educational background, but also to their capability. The govermment should enlarge its investment and establish the software training center and base. The school should reform and innovate, so it can become the main forces to train software talents. The enterprise should participate in the training of software personnel positively, and display its advantages in the software personnel training.
