摘要
对精密级进模常用材料WC-Co硬质合金进行了研究,对高速冲裁过程中磨损断裂的硬质合金级进模样件进行了金相观测和能谱分析,对比了模具工作表面在断裂前后组织结构和Co元素含量的不同,分析了硬质合金级进模磨损断裂的微观过程,得出的结论是Co元素的丢失是造成高速冲裁中硬质合金级进模磨损断裂的重要微观原因。
This paper studies the characteristic of WC-Co cemented carbides which is the one of the most important precise progressive material. The scanning electron microscope is used to observe the microstructure and EDX analysis is used to determine the percentage composition of Cobalt before and after die wear and fracture failure. The research analyzes the microscopic procedure of cemented carbides progressive die, and shows that the Cobalt loss of cemented carbides in high speed stamping is the important microscopic factor affecting the wear and fracture failure of progressive die.
