56例系统性红斑狼疮患者病死原因临床分析

Clinic Analysis of Death Causes in 56 Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

目的提高对系统性红斑狼疮病死原因的认识,从而指导临床治疗工作,降低病死率。方法对我院56例病死患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果死因为心功能衰竭16例,多器官功能衰竭14例,感染10例,狼疮脑病4例,心脑血管疾病6例,其它6例。死亡多发生在诊断后的第1年。结论SLE死因主要是心功能衰竭,而感染是主要的诱发因素,应该积极控制感染,改善心功能。

Objective To enhance the knowledge of the systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）, thus instructing clinic therapy and reducing the mortality. Methods The data of 56 patients with SLE were analyzed retrospectively. Results The causes of death were heart failure （ 16 cases） , multiple organ failure （ 14 cases ）, lupous eneephalopathy （4 cases） , cardio-cerebral-vascular disease （6） and other diseases （6 cases）, most of patients died in the first year after diagnosis, Conclusions The main death cause of systemic lupus erythematosus was heart function failure, and the infection was main inducement, So the infection should be controlled actively and heart function should be improved.
