摘要
针对炼钢厂红热钢坯在热送过程中需要保温隔热和便于快速装卸的特点,对热送车车厢进行改装,重新设计保温隔热层的结构,采用复合保温隔热方式,并设计了车厢启闭机构。应用改装后的方坯热送车运送热钢方坯的结果表明,车厢保温性能良好,装卸方便,能够满足使用要求。
To the characteristics of thermal insulation, heat isolation and handling conveniently of the autotruck for transporting hot square billets, the compartments are re-equipped. The thermal preservation and heat insulation layer structure is redesigned. The method of compound heat preservation and insulation is selected. The start-stop mechanism of the compartment is designed. The reequipped autotruck for transporting hot square billets is applied. The results show that the heat preservation performance is good and loading or unloading is convenient.
