摘要
以NH4HCO3、NH3.H2O混合溶液为沉淀剂,用共沉淀法结合后续煅烧制备了铈掺杂钇铝石榴石(YAG∶Ce)荧光粉,并采用热分析、红外光谱、X射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜等对粉体进行了研究,分析了铈掺杂浓度对粉体发射光谱和激发光谱的影响。结果表明:共沉淀法制备的铈掺杂钇铝石榴石经过1 000℃煅烧2 h,得到纳米晶YAG∶Ce荧光粉;随着铈浓度的增加,荧光粉发射光谱发生红移,激发光谱基本不变。
Ce-doped YaAl5O12 (YAG : Ce) phosphor ultrafine powders were synthesized by the coprecipitation method using the mixture solution of ammonium hydroxide and ammonium hydrogen carbonate as precipitant. DSC, FT-IR, XRD and FESEM were used to characterize the phosphor powders and the influence of Ce concentration on the luminescence of the as-prepared powders was studied. The nanocrystalline, phase-pure and cubic YAG : Ce phosphor powders are obtained after the precipitates sintered at 1 000 ℃ for 2 h. Following the increase of Ce concentration, the emission spectra shows a red shift while the excitation spectra not change.
