摘要
锌系中温磷化中常用的加速剂亚硝酸钠加速作用较好,但其分解产生的NOx毒性较大。为此研制了一种含硝酸胍和氯酸钠的复合促进剂,考察了复合促进剂所含物质对磷化液磷化效果的影响,对其作用机理进行了讨论。该磷化液在25~35℃,10~15min时,能在碳钢表面形成一层致密均匀的磷化膜,经测试,其耐蚀性能优良。
For the shortcomings of zinc phosphating technology at room temperature, a quick phosphating solution which does not contain nitrite has been developed. The effect of the accelerators in phosphating solution on phosphatization was investigated. The reaction mechanism was also studied. The phosphating coating achiered in the phosphating solution at 25~35℃ for 10~15 min could had a good performance.
