摘要
对华南某市区内一条埋地钢质燃气管道的土壤环境、防腐层状况、管道腐蚀形貌和微观成分等进行了开挖后的理化检测与分析。结果表明,造成该管道腐蚀失效的主要因素来自土壤含水量和杂散电流干扰,土壤中的活性阴离子特别是Cl-和SO42-对腐蚀具有促进作用;钢材中的夹杂物尤其是硫化物使得腐蚀易于发生并沿夹杂扩展;没有阴极保护措施也是造成管道腐蚀的原因之一;防腐层的完整性对管道的保护作用很明显。提出了城市埋地管道的腐蚀防护对策。
An excavating investigation of a buried pipeline carried out in a city of Southern China is discussed in this paper. The soil environment, the coating's failure and surface corrosion forms and microcosmic components of the steel were detected and analyzed. It is shown that the soil along the pipeline was seriously corrosive mainly attributed to soil moisture content and stray current interference, moreover, the Cl^- and SO4^2- could also accelerate the corrosion course. Inclusions especially the sulfide in the steel made the corrosion easier to occur and develop along the inclusion. The lack of CP also was one of the corrosion reasons that caused the pipeline's failure. Keep the coating intact made an obvious effect to pipe's anticorrosive protection. Some measures to solve corrosion problems are obtained in this paper.
