摘要
采用不同种类的分散剂对三种不同粒径、不同表面形态的碳酸钙在HDPE中的分散效果进行了研究,并对复合材料进行了力学性能对比和冲击断面扫描电镜观察。结果表明,Ca-CO_3在HDPE中分散的好坏时复合材料的性能有极大影响,分散剂的种类和添加量是改善碳酸钙在HDPE申分散性,获得增强增韧效果的关键。
The dispersion properties of three kinds of calcium carbonates with different pellet sizes and surface morphology in the HDPE/CaCO3 complex system have been studied by using different dispersing agents.The result showed that the dispersibility,the strengthening and toughening effects of the complex system individually filled with coarse whiting,fine particle or super fine calcium carbonate could be improved and raised greatly by choosing a suitable dispersing agent and a proper quantity.
