摘要
为给城市绿化植物的选择、配置提供实验依据,研究了10种常用园林植物的耐阴性。用LI-6400光合作用测定系统等仪器测定了所选植物的光合作用和光合—光响应曲线,包括:叶绿素含量(Ca+Cb)、叶绿素a/b值(Ca/Cb)、净光合速率(A)、光补偿点(LC,P)、光饱和点(LS,P)和表观量子效率等生理指标,并对测定结果进行聚类分析,比较分析植物的耐阴程度。结果表明,植物耐阴性与光补偿点、表观量子效率、净光合速率、叶绿素a、b含量、叶绿素a/b值有关,其中光补偿点是最重要的指标。10种园林植物按耐阴性强弱分为4类:强耐阴——含笑、茶梅、贴梗海棠;较耐阴——黄馨、腊梅;中性——木芙蓉、金边黄杨、红花檵木;不耐阴——金钟,紫薇。
An experiment was conducted to study the shade-tolerance of 10 species of garden plants aiming to provide some experimental basis for the selection and collocation of garden plants. Photosynthesis curve and photosynthetic light-response curie of all the selected plants were determined with the aid of LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system, including chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a/b ratio, net photosynthetic rate, light compensation point, light saturation point, and apparent quantum yield. The measured data were analysed by means of cluster analysis. Results show that the shade-tolerance of the plants is related to many physiological factors, such as light compensation point, apparent quantum efficiency, net photo-synthetic rate, contents of chlorophyll-a and chlorophyll-b, and chlorophyll a/b. Light compensation point is the most important factor. According to their shade-tolerances, the 10 species of garden plants are sorted into four groups: high shadetolerant species (Michelia figo (Lour.) Spreng, Camellia sasanqua Thunb. , Chaenomeles speciosa) , shade-tolerant species (Jasminum mesnyi Hance, Chimonanthus praecox ( L. ) Link), medium shade-tolerant species ( Hibiscus mutabilis Linn. , Euonymus japonicus var. aureo-marginatus Reg. , LoropetaIum chinense ( R. Br) Oliv var. rubrum Yieh) , and shade-sensitive species (Forsythia viridissima Lindl and Lagerstroemia indica).
