摘要
为探讨赤链蛇精子头部形成及与其他动物的区别,用透射电镜观察赤链蛇精子形成过程中头部超微结构的变化。可分成以下4个时期:时期Ⅰ,细胞核一端凹陷形成顶体囊泡,囊泡底部出现一顶体颗粒;时期I,染色质纤维浓缩呈短丝状,顶体囊泡变扁平,顶体颗粒变大并弥散;时期II,核进一步延长,染色质纤维进一步浓缩变长变粗。沿核纵轴方向排列有序;时期Ⅳ,染色质纤维浓缩到最大限度,电子透明的核质消失,核呈高电子致密度,顶体发育完全。
The sperm head formation of Dinodon rufozonatum was observed by transmission electron microscope. The course of it could be divided into four stages. Stage I, anterior part of nucleus was occupied by acrosomal vesicle and a acrosomal granule appeared at the posterior part of acrosomal vesicle. Stage II, nucleus elongated and chromatin condensed. Acrosomal vesicle increasingly flattened and acrosomal granule expanded and spread in the acrosomal vesicle. Stage III, chromatin underwent condensation into oriented fibers parallel to longitudinal axis of nucleus and acrosomal vesicle disappeared. Stage IV, chromatin condensed to the greatest extent and nucleus was most electron dense. The acrosomal complex was well developed. The cause of the sperm head formation and the difference from other animals were discussed.
