With the globalization and the development of increasingly competitive higher education among countries in the world, the conception of higher vocational education in developed countries has been renewed all the time and their practice has produced various model of higher vocational education as a result of each countrys own situation and their experience may well serve as enlightenment to our higher vocational education in terms of education efficiency and quality.
