印度经济增长因素分析及其对我国的启示

Positive Analysis of Factors behind Indian Economic Growth and its Enlightenment on China

20世纪90年代以来,印度经济呈现出稳定增长趋势,从而受到国内外学者的广泛关注。经验认为印度经济增长与其发达的信息业、完善的金融体制、不断增长的国内投资、高效的微观经济主体和发达的高等教育等因素有很大关系。本文通过建立计量经济模型,对20世纪90年代以来影响印度经济增长的主要因素进行实证分析,验证了学术界存在的观点,探讨了拉动印度经济增长的最主要因素,并根据结论提出印度经济增长对我国经济发展的重要启示。

The Indian economy has been growing rapidly and steadlily since the 1990s, that has drawn a great attention from academic circles both at home and abroad. Many people are of the view that the rapid economic growth in India has owed a lot to its developed information technology industry, perfect financial system, increasing home investment, highly effective and efficient micro-economic units and advanced system of higher education. This article tries to have a positive analysis of the major factors that have promoted a rapid and stable growth of the Indian economy since the 1990s through establishment of an econometric model, the conclusion of which gives strong support to the existing views of the learned circles about the causes of rapid development of the Indian economy. The article, then, tries to draw certain points that can serve as enlightenment on the Chinese people who are pushing forward their economic development with equal efforts as the Indian people.
