产业技术政策的实施和不断调整,促进了印度经济的持续增长与发展。本文全面回顾了独立后印度产业技术政策的演变历程,分析了其变迁的背景、动因、内容及取得的成效,指出科研与实际应用能力脱节仍然是印度发展的症结所在。这对我国也有积极的警示意义。

The implementation, gradual adjustment and revision of the Indian industrial technology policy have promoted a sustained economic growth and development of India. This paper makes a comprehensive review of changes of Indian industrial technology policy, analyses the background, motive force, process and achievements of such policy changes, and also, in its conclusion, draws attention to the fact that the crux of Indian industrial development still lies in existence of a rather large gap between capability to apply achievements of scientific research and scientific research itself.
