脑缺血再灌注对脊髓灰质酶组织化学和超微结构的影响

摘要 目的探讨全脑短暂性缺血及其再灌注对脊髓前角运动神经元组织化学超微结构的影响。方法采用改进的缺血再灌模型对家兔全脑缺血5 min(B组)、10 min(C组)及缺血再灌注(D、E组)后脊髓前角运动神经元酶组织化学和超微结构进行观察。结果缺血10 min及缺血再灌后神经元的SDH、Mg2+-ATP活性及PAS反应均降低(P<0.05),LDH增高(P<0.05)。结论改进的缺血再灌模型提高了断血或复流的准确性和成功率。家兔全脑缺血10 min及缺血再灌可损害脊髓前角运动神经元的酶活性。 Objective To explore the effect of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion on the motor neurons enzyme -histochemistry and ultrastructure of the gray matter of spinal cord. Methods The research used ameliorative ischemia - reinfusion model. Brains of rabbits received ischemia for 5 minutes(group B) and 10 minutes(group C) and then were reperfusion(group D and E). The Enzymatic histochemistry and the ultrastucture were used to observe changes in the motor neurons of spinal cord in all five groups. Results The activity of SDH,Mg^2+ -ATP, PAS were reduced(P 〈0.05), the activity of LDH were increased(P 〈0.05) in the ischemia for 10 minutes group and two reperfusion groups. Conclusion Ameliorative ischemia - reperfusion model increased the validity of ischemia and reperfusion. The results suggested that the injury of 10 minutes ischemia and two reperfusion groups may damage the activity of enzymes associated the motor neurons of the gray matter of spinal cord.
