输血传播的病毒性感染 被引量:5

摘要 输血(blood transfusion)是现代临床医学中不可缺少的重要治疗手段之一。随着输血技术不断发展,从全血中分离制备的浓缩白细胞、浓缩红细胞、浓缩血小板、浓缩凝血因子、血浆、清蛋白和球蛋白等多种血液制品,为临床应用提供了更多的选择。尽管随着更加严格的献血员筛选、更加灵敏的血液检验技术以及病原体灭活技术的应用,输血的安全性已大为提高,但输血传播感染的危险仍难以完全避免。
