摘要
分析了中浓打浆磨片的失效方式,针对原料的特点,采用表面改性的方法研制了高耐磨中浓打浆磨片,并与原有的中浓打浆磨片作对比,分析了两者的金相组织、硬度和磨损寿命的差别。试验表明,采用表面改性在新研制磨片的工作齿面层生成的M3C+M7C3结构的共晶碳化物是其具有高硬度、高耐磨性能的主要原因,新研制磨片耐磨性能大大提高,磨损寿命提高了1.6倍,综合性价比优越。
High wear resistance disc of medium consistency refiner was developed by using the method of surface treatment based on the failure analysis of the original refiner disc. The metallography, the hardness and the wear resistance were compared between the original disc and the new developed disc. The results showed that the eutectic carbonized "M3C+MTC3"produced by the surface treatment is the main reason of high wear resistance. The relative wear resistance of new disc increases from 1 to 2.6, the price of new disc only increases 20%.
