摘要
本文通过对知识员工的定义和内涵进行界定,分析知识员工的人格特点和工作特点,从六个方面归纳了知识员工的绩效特征,并提出应该对知识员工进行更细化的分类,以加强对这一重要员工群体进行绩效评价和管理。
based on the concept and content analysis of knowledge worker,the paper analysis the knowledge worker's personality specialty and work characteristic,then summarizes the knowledge worker's performance characteristics.It points out that classifying the knowledge worker in detail is important to knowledge worker's performance appraisal and management.
