摘要
在学前教育界形成关于幼儿园教师基本职责或专业标准的共识是学前教育专业和事业发展的当务之急。详细描述教师应尽的职责及其应有的尽责表现的教师自评体系是这种专业标准的最好体现。研制此种教师自评体系必须考虑教师全面发展与专项发展、专业知识与专业精神及专业态度、不同发展阶段教师专业发展需求之间的关系。由于涉及多方面的因素,只有通过达成共识的程序才有可能构建此种自评标准。
It's urgent to form professional standards for kindergarten teachers. Designing a kind of self- assessment system through dialogue and discussion would be helpful, during which researchers should think about following factors: teachers' whole and specialized development, professional knowledge, spirits and attitudes, different needs of teachers at different developmental stages.
