乳化剂的复配对w/o/w型复乳稳定性影响的研究 被引量:14

摘要 研究了以液体石蜡作为油相,以Span85、Span80与Tween80复配作为亲脂性乳化剂,以Span80、Tween80复配作为亲水性乳化剂制备w/o/w复乳,不同的复配比例和乳化剂用量对复乳稳定性的影响.复乳的稳定性用黏度和离心分离实验评价.结果表明,Span80与Tween80相容性较好,适于复配作为复乳的乳化稳定剂,当它们以9∶1的质量比(Span80∶Tween80,)复配作为亲脂性乳化剂,以7∶3的质量比复配作为亲水性乳化剂所制得的复乳稳定性较好,其最适质量分数分别为亲脂性乳化剂在油相中的质量分数14%,亲水性乳化剂在外水相中的质量分数18%. To study the influences of the formulation and the concentration of the lipophilic surfactant and hydrophilic surfactant on the w/o/w multiple emulsions. The emulsifiers are formulated using Span85,Span80 and Tween80. Viscosity and creaming volume after centrifugation are used to evaluate the stability of the multiple emulsions. The results indicated that the blends of Span85 and Tween80 are inefficient in improving the stability of the multiple emulsions, but the blends of Span80 and Tween80 can cooperate effectively and help to form stable emulsion. The best mass ratio of Span80 and tween80 are 9:1 (w/w) for lipophilic emulsifier and 7:3 (w/w) for hydrophilic emulsifier, The best concentration of the two emulsifters are 14% and 18% respectively.
