摘要
测试采集到的信号因外界干扰往往呈现出非线性、非平稳性和非光滑性等,给后续分析带来了误差甚至错误。因此振动信号的预处理在信号分析中非常重要。本文介绍了对振动原始信号消除噪声信号的两种平滑处理方法,并在MATLAB操作平台上进行算法编程实现,给出了编程流程图。对实测的信号进行平滑处理计算,再用FFT方法分析前、后处理的数据。结果表明,处理后的信号得到了较好的改善,最后比较了这两种方法平滑速度的快慢。
A sampled vibration signal often shows nonlinear, non-balanced and unsmoothed because of outside noise, thus the errorless and wrong take place in the sequent analysis result. Therefore, the pre-processing of vibration signal is very important in the signal analysis. This paper introduces two smooth processing methods that are used to eliminate noise in the vibration original signal, an arithmetic program is realized based on MATLAB, and its programming flow chart is presented. Besides, a tested signal is analyzed by using the two smooth processing methods, and FFT is used to analyze unprocessed and processed data The results show the processed signal has been improved. At last, the comparison of the smooth speed of the two methods is presented.
