摘要
目的了解大肠埃希菌连续分离株对消毒剂-磺胺耐药基因存在情况和耐药性。方法应用聚合酶链反应法对大肠埃希菌耐药株对消毒剂和磺胺耐药基因进行检测与分析。结果经对连续分离的68株大肠埃希菌中,检测出消毒剂-磺胺耐药基因(qacE△1与sulⅠ)阳性41株,检出率为60.3%。结论临床连续分离大肠埃希菌耐药株消毒剂-磺胺耐药基因检出率较高,提示临床抗药菌株可能同时对消毒剂存在抗药性。
Objective To know the presence of disinfectant - sulfanilamide resistance genes of successively isolated strains of Escherichia coli and their drug - resistance. Methods Polymerase chain reaction method was used to detect and analyze the disinfectant - sulfanilamide resistance genes of the drug - resistant strain of Escherichia coli. Results Of the 68 successively isolated strains ofE. coli , 41 were positive to disinfectant- sulfanilamide resistance genes (qacEΔ1 and sul Ⅰ ), with a detection rate of 60.3%. Conclusion The detection rate of disinfectant sulfanilamide resistance genes in clinically successively isolated drug - resistant strains of E. coli was relatively high, indicating that clinical drug - resistant strains may have resistance to disinfectants simultaneously.
