Entrepreneurial economy is the new economy built on the start - up ventures and innovative causes. As a new economic pattern which is the integration of knowledge, technology, management, capital, and entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial economy has important strategic significance for technological innovation, the changes of industrial structure and economic growth mode has emerged as the engine of economic sustainable development. The paper on the view of international and domestic entrepreneurial economy development trend, is to explore the strategic framework, development model and its laws of internal evolution, and to promote the healthy development of this new economic pattern through the construction of entrepreneurial economic ecosystem in our country.
