手外伤病人医学应对方式及相关因素的调查研究

目的:探讨手外伤病人的医学应对方式以及各种相关因素对其影响。方法:对78例手外伤病人进行调查,包括病人一般情况、医学应对方式、手功能、艾森克人格问卷、社会支持评定,所得数据进行统计分析,找出其中差距及相关性。结果:本次调查中的手外伤病人以外地务工人员为主体;女性、未婚、手功能损伤较严重者、个性特征中较高情绪不稳定性、较高精神质倾向的手外伤病人,在面对疾病时更趋向于回避或屈服的态度;而相对年长及有良好的社会支持的手外伤病人,采取较为积极的应对方式。结论:临床工作中医护人员应进行综合分析,充分考虑病人应对活动的复杂性及各种因素之间的相互关系和作用,将病人的应对方式向着对病情康复有利的积极方面进行引导。
