摘要 Bowen病又称鳞状细胞原位癌，是一种较为常见的皮肤癌，可发生于全身各个部位。多数学者仍提倡以手术治疗为主，但近年文献报道青年发病率逐渐增高，手术切除后对暴露部位特别是面部所造成的缺损，常给患者带来容貌和躯体外观的影响甚至功能的障碍。因此，要求皮肤科医生对该病在术前应作出更加准确的诊断。
