复方斑蝥胶囊体内抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

Experimental Study of Compound Mylabris Capsule on Anti-tumor Effect

目的观察复方斑蝥胶囊对小鼠肝癌H22模型的抗肿瘤作用。方法建立小鼠肝癌H22荷瘤动物模型,灌胃给予不同剂量药物,观察复方斑蝥胶囊抑瘤率及对肝癌H22细胞株接种于BALB/C小鼠造成肝转移的抑制作用,检测小鼠治疗后的细胞免疫功能及T淋巴细胞亚群的改变。结果复方斑蝥胶囊具有明显的抑瘤作用,可延长荷瘤小鼠的生存时间,抑制肿瘤的转移,增强小鼠免疫功能。结论复方斑蝥胶囊具有显著的抑瘤作用,其作用机制主要为提高机体的细胞免疫功能,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。

Objective To observe the anti-tumor effect of compound mylabfis capsule on mice transplanted with liver cancer （H22）. Methods The tumor model of mice transplanted with liver cancer （H22） was set up, and the antineoplastic effect and the effect of prolonging life of compound mylahris capsule were observed. The immunological parameters including NK activity and the ability of lymphocyte transformation were detected by immunological methods. Results Compound mylahris capsule had obvious antineoplastic effect and inhibitory effect on tumor metastasis, which could also prolong the life of mice with liver cancer. The mechanisms of antineoplastic action were mainly to enhance cellular immunological function of organism. Conclusion Compound mylabris capsule has obvious antineoplastic effects mainly caused by increasing immunological function of organism and inducing apoptosis of tumor cells.
