摘要
利用Sol-Gel法在Si3N4陶瓷材料的表面涂上一层莫来石涂层,并用X射线衍射和X射线电子能谱(XPS)仪分析了涂层后Si3N4陶瓷材料的表面。涂层后Si3N4陶瓷材料在1300℃下氧化100h后,氧化增重从原来的0.42mg·cm-2降低到0.29mg·cm-2。
This work is to Coat mullite coating on Si3N4 ceramics surface by sol-gel method. XRD and XPS analyses showthat mullite coating exist on surface of Si3N4 ceramics materials.The formation of mullite coating significantly decreasesthe oxidation weight-gain of Si3N4 ceramics at 1300℃ for 100h from 0.42 mg·cm- 2 to 0. 29 mg·cm- 2.
