摘要
随着我国教育改革实践的不断深入,探讨教育改革之所以发生的原因与条件、分析教育改革实践的核心要素与基本结构、确立"谁来改革-改革什么-如何改革"这样一个理论分析框架,已经上升为世纪之初教育改革的重要议题。本文在阐释教育实践活动本质与规律的基础上,结合教育改革活动的方案设计、组织调控以及反馈总结等问题,对教育改革的主体与对象、原因与目的、手段与途径进行反思与批判。
It has been important issues With the development of the Chinese educational reform, which probe the causes and conditions, core elements and basic form of the education and establish the analyzing form of "who to reform' what to be reformed how to reform" On the base of the educational reality and rules, the article critically analyzes the subjects and objects, causes and aims, strategies and methods in the educational reform in order to explore some valuable thoughts such as program design, organization are summary about it.
