探讨了在创新型国家发展战略下高校肩负的历史使命,并着重探讨了高校图书馆在为学生创新教育服务和为教师科研创新服务中发挥的职能作用。
This paper discusses the historical mission of colleges and universities in the development strategy of innovation- oriented country and how the college and university libraries to bring their roles into play in the service for education creation and scientific research.
