摘要
N80级微合金非调质无缝钢管在生产中出现内折缺陷。采用金相检验、夹渣物的化学成分分析及扫描电镜观察等方法对该缺陷进行了分析。结果表明,连铸坯中心存在大量夹渣物,致使在穿孔轧制过程中形成内折缺陷。提出了改进措施。
The infolding in N80 grade microalloyed seamless pipe steels was analyzed by microscopic test, SEM and chemical composition analysis of slag inclusion. The result shows that slag inclusion in continuous casting billet cause the infolding, and the way to reduce infolding by improving the quality of billet is suggested.
