摘要 提出了一种改进的免疫遗传算法,该算法突出了免疫系统中抗体免疫遗传进化思想,模拟抗体之间的促进和抑制反应,利用抗原与抗体的相似度和适应度描述可行解与最优解的逼近程度,实现系统对环境的自适应,并将该方法应用于桥式起重机主梁的可靠性优化计算,通过与其他优化方法对比,大大降低了主梁的自重,为企业节约了生产成本。 The paper expounds an improved artificial immune genetic algorithm. It is characterized by evolution idea of antibody in immune system, simulating hastening and restraining reactions among antibodies, describing the approach degree to feasibility and optimization using similarity and adaptation between antigen and antibody, realizing the system self- adaptation to condition. It can be used to do reliability optimization of main girder for overhead traveling crane. Compared with other ways, it can reduce crane weight and cost.
