摘要
生漆(ChineseLacquer)作为一种优质天然涂料人们已经有数千年的应用历史,并进行了广泛深入地研究[1~3];生漆会引起人的皮肤过敏也早已被人们所认识[4,5]。生漆对植物分生组织细胞有丝分裂的影响,国内外还从未报道过。本文作者就生漆对植物分生组织细胞有丝分裂的影响进行了详细地观察研究。研究结果表明,生漆会引起植物分生组织细胞有丝分裂的高度异常。特别是细胞有丝分裂的后期和末期变化最大。后期主要表现为部分染色体滞后、染色体桥和断片的出现以及染色体不均等的多极分布。末期的主要变化是细胞质的分裂受阻而形成多核体(多核细胞)。由此推断,生漆作为一种植物细胞分裂的诱变剂是行之有效的。同时把生漆作为一种诱变因子,运用于植物的人工诱变也是有可能的。因此,深入开展生漆对植物的遗传变异生理代谢等方面影响的研究是十分必要的。
