摘要
分析了不同的助交联剂对过氧化物硫化聚丙烯/乙烯-丙烯-二烯共聚物(EPDM)热塑性弹性体力学性能、流变性能、热稳定性能的影响,结果表明:不同的助交联剂均有提高凝胶含量和改善聚丙烯(PP)降解程度、提高力学性能的用途。其中,三羟甲基丙烷二烯丙基醚(TMPDE)作为过氧化物硫化 PP/EPDM 的助交联剂,相比三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯(DAP)和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMFFA),所得制品综合力学性能优异,热稳定性能提高,流动性改善,微观结构均匀。
The effect of co-crosslinker on the physical, rheological and heat stability properties of peroxide dynamically vulcanized PP/EPDM elastomers was studied. It was showed that all of the co-crosslinker increased the gel content, inhibited the degradation of PP, and improved the mechanical properties of PP/EPDM. Compared among the systems using TMPTA, DAP, and TAIC, the one using TMPDE exhibited better mechanical properties, higher flow ability, and more uniform microstructure than the other two.
