摘要
和谐教育理念是"生态和谐"概念在教育上的移植和借用,从生态学角度看,教育和谐就是教育生态的平衡。和谐教育具有整体效应、边缘效应、耐度定律和最适宜原则、竞争机制和协同进化等基本生态规律,和谐教育构建的生态策略首要的就是处理好教育发展与教育公平、教育发展的规模结构质量效益、教育发展与经济社会发展、教育发展与自然的和谐、教育改革发展稳定等五个方面的关系。
The concept of Harmonious Education is the conceptional transplant and borrowing from "Eco-harmony" of education. The nature of harmonious education is the balance of educational ecology. Harmonious education bears the basic eco-laws such as the holistic effect, the effect of fringe, endurance law and optimum principle, competence mechanism and coordinated evolution. The eco-strategy of constructing the harmonious education is firstly to handle well these relationships in five aspects., the development of education and the fairness of education, and the scale structure and quality benefit of its development ; educational development and economic and social development; educational development and natural harmony; and educational reform, development and stabilization.
