The Construction of Balance Function in Variable Weight Evaluation

针对变权评估问题,介绍了基本原理,研究了均衡函数的构造方法,提出了激励型和惩罚型均衡函数的概念。考察了两类基本的均衡函数:和型均衡函数与积型均衡函数,通过其函数项与导数的讨论,研究了函数的构造条件以及其最终成为激励型和惩罚型均衡函数的条件,并结合具体例子进行了分析。所得结论具有普遍的意义,丰富了变权评估的理论体系。

According to variable weight evaluation, the basic principle is introduced and the construction method of balance function is studied. The concepts of balance functions for promoting kind and punishing kind are given. For balance function, there are two basic patterns： sum pattern and product pattern. The function items and their derivative functions are discussed. The construction conditions are researched. The conditions for whether the balance functions become promoting kind or punishing kind are explored. Finally, several examples are analyzed. The final results have general meanings in fact and have enriched the theoretical system of variable weight evaluation.
