不同钴源对肉用绵羊维生素B_(12)合成及瘤胃发酵的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究不同钴源对肉羊维生素B12的合成及瘤胃发酵的影响,选16只健康、体重相近(23.6kg±0.8kg)的杂交一代羯羊,随机均分为4组,分别饲喂由硫酸钴、氯化钴、乙酸钴和氧化钴4种钴源构成的试验日粮,饲粮进食量相同,试验期8周。结果表明,硫酸钴和氯化钴合成维生素B12的效率相近(P>0.05)、乙酸钴次之(P<0.05)、氧化钴最低(P<0.01);相对于乙酸钴和氧化钴,硫酸钴和氯化钴明显促进了瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸的产生,并提高了丙酸比例,降低了戊酸和异酸的比例。硫酸钴和氯化钴对肉羊瘤胃维生素B12合成及瘤胃发酵的效果相近,乙酸钴稍低,氧化钴较差。 The experiment was aimed to study the effects of different cobalt sources on vitamin B12 synthesis and rumen fermentation in Sheep. Sixteen healthy wethers with an average weight 23.6±0.8(kg) were divided randomly into 4 groups and fed different experimental diets in which the cobalt were supplied by cobalt sulphate, cobalt chloride, cobalt acetate and cobalt oxide respectively. All animals were individually fed a constant concentration and hay for 8 weeks. Results showed that vitamin B12 synthesis by rumen microorganism from cobalt in lambs was similar (P〉 0.05) between cobalt sulphate and cobalt chloride, and was significantly higher (P〈 0.05) in cobalt sulphate than in cobalt acetate. However, it was significantly decreased (P〈 0. 01 ) in cobalt oxide compared with other forms of cobalt sources. Compared with cobalt acetate and cobalt oxide, cobalt sulphate and cobalt chloride had larger positive influence on the total volatile fatty acids, and changed the molar proportions of them with increase in propionic acid, decrease in valerate and iso -acids except for acetic acid and butyric acid. In conclusion, cobalt sulphate, cobalt chloride and cobalt acetate were more available than cobalt oxide based on rumen vitamin B12 synthesis and rumen formentation in Sheep.
