摘要
本文将交叉韧带在膝关节内与三维空间各个面之间的成角关系称为交叉韧带的“方位角”。用几何法和投影法对各方位角做了观察和测量。前交叉韧带的后倾角、侧倾角和上倾角分别为33.3±8.1度、22.8±9.8度和53.6±9.6度。分析认为,方位角可能是维持交叉韧带正常功能、使韧带免受折屈性疲劳损伤的重要因素之一。因而,临床上移植再造交叉韧带时,保持移植体的正常方位,尤为重要。
The three dimensional angles of the cruciate ligaments in the knee joint were regarded as the azimuth of the cruciate ligament”in this paper.The azimuths of the anterior cruciate ligament were observed and measured with the geometric and projection methods.The results were as follows:the backward dip was 33.3°±8.1°,the sideward dip was 28.8°±9.8° and the upward dip was 53.6°±9.6°.It was considered that the axmuths played an important role in maintaining the normal function of the cruciate ligament,and thus preventing injury from bending fatigue.The refore ,it is important to keep the graft in a normal position as the anterior cruciate ligament is transplanted for reconstruction
