摘要
关注专业技术人才培养全过程是国际高等教育在大众化、后大众阶段向终身教育发展的新趋势。我国高等工程教育应树立现代高等工程教育观;建立关注合格工程技术人才基本养成的整体格局,把学历教育和继续教育、基本素质养成与工程实践锻炼结合起来的培养新模式和运行新机制。实现这一培养模式转换需要官产学研的密切合作等支撑条件。
Close attention to the full process of the cultivation of special technicians is a new trend of higher education, which is developing into lifelong learning. A modem view of high education should be established in China in order to form a new pattern of paying attention to the cultivation of qualified engineering gifts, at same time, a new mode and operation mechanism is also set where academic education is combined with continued education, and basic quality cultivation is connected with engineering practice. The realization of the transformation into this new mode should be supported by the co-operation of government, industry, university and research.
