LR报告提出了21世纪美国高校学生事务管理的新理念,它强调对学习本身进行重新审视,强调学生学习与发展的内在统一,关注大学生的体验,始终将学生放在学习体验的中心位置。本文介绍了LR提出的背景和基本观点,以及对新时期加强和改进我国高校学生工作的重要意义及启示。
As the guiding idea for student affairs in 21^st century, LR emphasizes reconsideration of leamingitself, balance of student learning and student development, caring about the experience of college students and placing the student at the center of the learning experience. This article introduces the bases and viewpoints of LR, and puts forward its significance and enlightenment for college student administration in China.
