职业教育具有促进社会进步、经济增长、个性发展的功能,是教育与经济最直接的一种结合形式,也是促使教育与经济协调发展的重要载体。县域职业教育所肩负的时代使命则更艰巨。相比普通教育,县域职业教育的发展遇到了诸多的难题,解决教育结构严重失衡问题,是众多欠发达地区所面临的重点和难点。政府要加大职业教育的投入,努力营造良好的县域职业教育发展环境;学校要转变办学观念,拓宽就业门路,以市场为导向,不断调整专业设置。

Vocational education has the function of promoting social progress, economic growth and characteristic development, which is a kind of the most direct form to combine education with economy, as well as an important carrier to promote harmonious development of education and economy. The era missions of vocational education in the county shoulders are more arduous. Compared with general education, the development of vocational education in the county encounters many problems. To solve the serious imbalance of educational structure is an emphasis and difficulty faced by many less developed areas. The government should increase the investment in vocational education and try to construct favorable development environment for vocational education in the county. Schools should change their school running concepts, broaden the employment opportunities, and continuously adjust the specialty setting oriented by the market.
