摘要
贵阳地处长江与珠江水系的分水岭地带,且由于受到特殊喀斯特地貌的影响,在枯水期水资源严重不足,直接影响着其社会经济生态环境的发展。贵阳地区的枯水资源不足有着其特殊的水文地质条件和气候因素,具有动态性、振荡性和时空性的特点。从时间和空间的角度(年际变化和空间差异)对贵阳地区流域的降水量和枯水径流的自然演变进行了分析,得出贵阳地区的枯水资源相对较少但较为稳定,从而提出了开发利用枯水资源的措施,为喀斯特地区枯水资源的合理配制提供一定的理论基础。
Lying in the watershed area of the Changjiang River system and the Pearl River system,Guiyang is influenced by the special karst landform.The water resources are insufficient in dry seasons,which directly affects social,economic and ecological development.The low flow resource deficiency of Guiyang has its special hydrology geological conditions and climate factors,with dynamics,shaking and space-time characteristics.The paper analyses the natural development of the precipitation and low flow runoff in terms of time and space ( annual border change and space difference). Guiyang has relatively less but comparatively steady low flow water resources. The paper puts forward measures to utilize the low flow water resource in order to offer certain theoretical basis for reasonable utilizatcon of low flow resources in karst area.
