摘要
规划批后管理是规划审批后的管理过程,是动态规划的重要环节。本文分析了城市规划批后管理的内容与现状,描述了批后管理技术保障体系。其中,着重研究了公众服务系统与决策支持系统的组成框架,给出了智能监测评价模块模型结构,研究了其组成要素分析器、预警器与处理器的功能特点与关键技术。
The after-plan-approval administration plays an important role in the dynamic planning. This paper analyzes the existing problems in it and introduces the technology supporting system. The study emphasizes on the framework of public service system and decision support system. It presents the intelligent monitor and evaluation module structure and analyzes the functions and key technologies of its components such as analyzer and processor.
