摘要 目的:探讨金银花提取物(LTE)的抗炎机制。方法:运用生化方法检测大鼠角叉菜胶炎性渗出液中丙二醛(MDA)、前列腺素(PGE2)、组胺(Histamine)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)的含量变化;测定正常小鼠肾上腺重量及肾上腺中维生素C(Vitamin C)的含量。结果:连续灌胃给药5d,LTE(2.5、5、10g.kg-1)可以显著抑制角叉菜胶所致的大鼠足肿胀,并显著降低大鼠角叉菜胶性炎足炎性渗出液中MDA、PGE2、Histamine、5-HT的含量;LTE各个剂量均不影响正常小鼠的肾上腺重量及肾上腺中VitC的含量。结论:LTE通过抑制炎症部位炎症因子的合成或释放而发挥了类似非甾体类抗炎药物的抗炎作用。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the anti-inflammatory mechanism of the Lonicera japonica Thunb.extract(LTE). METHODS: The changes in the levels of MDA, PGE2,Histamine and 5-HT in exudantes of paw edema induced by carrageenan in rats were detected using biochemical analysis; and the weight of adrenal gland and the content of Vitamin C in adrenal gland in normal mice were measured as well. RESULTS: The results showed that after intragastric administration for 5 consecutive days, LTE(2.5, 5, and 10g·kg^-1) markedly inhibited the hindpaw edema and decreased the levels of MDA, PGE2, Histamine and 5-HT in exudantes of paw edema induced by carrageenan in rats. However, LTE (at different dose) has no effect on the weight of adrenal and the content of Vitamin C in normal mice. CONCLUSION: By means of inhibiting the production or release of the local inflammatory factors, LTE has the anti-inflammtory effect, which is similar to that of the nonsteroidal an- ti-inflammatory drugs.
