摘要
应用ANSYS软件对国家体育场内环梁及部分主桁架所形成的整体提升单元(1.38万t)进行了计算分析,分析了整体提升和主结构全部安装到位两个阶段钢屋盖变形的变化情况,计算了各提升点的支座反力,并考虑了提升不同步对支座反力的影响,为科学地制定钢屋盖安装方案提供了依据。
Based on the ANSYS finite element analysis, this paper presents the continuous changing of deformation of steel roof structure( 13, 800 tons) of national stadium during its erection process. The emphasis is paid on the theoretical investigation to safety behavior of the roof structure from integral hoisting state into another state after installing steel columns and residuary tusses. And besides the analysis presents the end reaction of the hoisting frames and the influence of asynchronism of integral hoisting. The proposed erection scheme were checked theoretically.
