Equity of Public Service:Theory,Problem and Policy

逐步实现基本公共服务均等化已成为我国现阶段公共财政建设的重要内容。本文拟对公共服务均等化的若干理论问题加以阐释,在此基础上,指出了我国公共服务均等化的现状和问题,并提出了相应的对策。

To realize equity of public service gradually is a most important task in perfecting system of public finance. This article tries to explain theory of equity of public service, and then points out the actuality and problems in realizing equity of public service and brings forward some advices.
