摘要
在等离子喷涂过程中实时引入超声激励,进行ZrO2热障涂层制备。喷涂过程中保证超声激励能量不变,改变超声频率,并与不加超声进行对比,研究电弧超声频率对涂层结合强度的影响。结果表明,适当的超声频率对于涂层结合强度的提高和稳定起到了促进作用。
Using a new method of plasma spraying, ZrO2 thermal barrier coating was formed in the course of plasma spraying. The energy of ultrasonic kept invariable, the influence of frequency changing on the adhesive strength of the coating was studied and compared with the condition without ultrasonic. The result shows that the proper arc-ultrasonic frequency can improve the adhesive strength of the coating and the stability of the plasma spraying process.
