摘要
目的合成阿嗪米特并对其质量进行控制。方法以3,6-二氯哒嗪(2)为起始原料,经巯基取代,酸化,然后与N,N-二乙基氯代乙酰胺缩合得到2-[(6-氯-3-哒嗪基)硫代]-N,N-二乙基乙酰胺。结果反应总收率40.5%,纯度在99.0%以上。结论本法路线简单,适宜放大生产。
OBJECTIVE To synthesis and control the quality of Azintamide. METHODS Azintamide was synthesized via substitution, acidification and condensation using 3,6-dichloropyridazine as raw material. RESULTS The total yield was 40.5% and purity was above 99.0%. CONCLUSION The synthesis route was simple and suitable for industrialization.
