摘要
微小孔广泛地应用于各个领域,人们不仅对于提高微小孔加工质量、效率、降低加工成本有着迫切的需求,而且还要在各种难加工材料上进行微小孔加工,因而发展出多种微小孔加工技术。本文分析了微小孔加工的技术难点,综述了目前常用的钻削等机械加工微小孔的方法和激光、电火花、超声等特种加工微小孔的方法,并着重介绍了它们的原理、特点、发展现状以及未来的发展趋势。
Micro pores are used in many fields widely.We not only require the processing quality,efficiency and cost reduction,but need to processing on difficult-to-cut materials.Various micro-pore processing technics are developed.The paper analyzes technical difficulties and brings out the machining method by drill and special machining methods by laser,electrospark and ultrasonic and emphasizes on the principle,characters,present status and trend of development
